A one on one 40-45 min therapy session with Cally Strandquist, Registered Provisional Psychologist. Use this session to learn skills to manage in the moment or perhaps introduce yourself to what therapy is like! Walking and talking has so many benefits! Research states that walking and talking is how some therapeutic modalities were created (like EMDR) because it helps your brain and body process what is causing distress in your system! We know that trauma can be stored in the body, so combining movement and therapy is just so great!! We’ll go over the consent process and head on a confidential walk on sidewalks “less traveled”! Can’t wait!
